ゴニオブランクス・カヴァエ Goniobranchus cavae (Eliot, 1904)

特徴

外套膜は白色から淡灰色を基調とし、外周に紫色の細い帯が走る。触角は基部が白色で先端が紫色。二次鰓は白色から淡灰色で、軸は紫色を帯びる。

分布

インド洋西部に分布し、南アフリカ北東岸、レユニオン、モーリシャス、インド、タンザニアから記録される。模式産地はザンジバル。

補足

原記載は Chromodoris cavae Eliot, 1904 として Proceedings of the Zoological Society of London "On some nudibranchs from East Africa and Zanzibar, part IV" に発表された。Johnson & Gosliner 2012 の分子系統解析に基づき Goniobranchus 属に移された。
