フェリマレ・フォンタンドゥラウイ Felimare fontandraui (Pruvot-Fol, 1951)

特徴

体長 20〜30 mm 程度の中型のイロウミウシ科の一種。体地色は青色 (一部紫色を帯びる個体もある) で、触角および二次鰓もいずれも青色を呈する。背面正中線上には黄色〜クリーム色の細い縦線が走り、触角の中間で枝分かれする個体が多い点が同属の Felimare tricolor との重要な識別ポイント。外套膜の周縁にも黄色の細線が縁取られる。

分布

西部地中海および隣接する東部大西洋に分布する地中海固有の種。

種小名の由来

種小名 fontandraui は人名 Font-Andreu の属格形で、原記載者が献名対象とした人物にちなむ。
