タイヘイヨウアオミノウミウシ Glaucilla marginata Reinhardt & Bergh, 1864

特徴

体地色は濃い青色。
体表全体に白色の細点が入るが、背側突起の付け根部分には特に集中し、白色に見える。
アオミノウミウシ Glaucus atlanticusに似るが、本種の背側突起は2群で、先端の枝分かれした突起は不規則に生える。
また、尾にも突起がある。
触角は平滑で短い。
表層に浮き、カツオノエボシやギンカクラゲに着き、これを食し、盗刺胞を行う。
学名読みはグラウクス・マージナートゥス。
体長20mmに達する。
