ツノワホリミノウミウシ Annulorhina mandapamensis K. P. Rao, 1968
特徴
体長 8〜10 mm 程度の小型種。淡色の地に褐色の細かい斑点が散り、背側突起は基部から先端へ向かってふくらみ、丸い結節が二段の輪状に並ぶ。突起の先端近くには明るい黄橙色の帯、その下にピンクないし紫色の帯が現れる。触角は等間隔に 3〜5 本の輪状隆起をもち、これが属名 Annulorhina の由来となっている。分布
原記載時は、インド南東部マンナール湾のマンダパム潮間帯から記録された。その後、インド洋・西太平洋から知られている。種小名の由来
模式産地である南インドのマンダパムにちなむ。補足
和名は中野ほか 2017 で「ツノワホリミノウミウシ」として提唱され、中野 2018 で「ツノトゲホリミノウミウシ」に改称された経緯がある。長く Eubranchus 属に含められていたが、Korshunova ほか 2025 が分子系統と形態に基づき Annulorhina 属を再立した。Eubranchus rubropunctatus と同種とする見解もあった。References
